About the Seminar

This two-day, highly interactive and motivational seminar will prepare participants to take control and be leaders in their environment. The seminar identifies desirable leadership characteristics and teaches skills that will empower support personnel. The learning approach is participant-centered and includes extensive use of role-plays, self -assessments and small and large group exercises. Participants engage in detailed exploration and practical use of the skills while applying them to an array of relevant issues.
