Fundamentals of Project Management  

Participants who complete Fundamentals of Project Management will:

1. Learn detail-specific steps in project planning.
2. Review project organizational structure and management.
3. Create a network diagram, detailing the critical path and float times.
4. Review cost estimation and schedule development, utilizing techniques such as PERT.
5. Review the steps in managing risks that affect projects.
6. Develop cost and schedule estimates and controls.
7. Discuss project evaluation techniques.

Fundamentals of Project Management  is provided by a PMI Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) and provides a PMP with 18 Professional Development Units (PDU).
